WAVE of JOY. Recycled PET Bottles – Ferro
"We need waves of joy, being flooded by tsunamis of love, beauty and light"
The work "Wave of Joy" was made with more than 1000 recycled PET bottles to create a sinuous wave of color and light. Made, reached a height of 3 mt.
The invasive presence in the seas of many plastic materials, such as bottles of mineral water and soft drinks, sometimes it takes the place of schools of fish; how they swim, they move, they let themselves be carried away by the sea currents, they dance and entangle themselves in flowing shapes.
IN THE 2021 Valeria Ambi still felt the strong call to express herself on the urgency of saving ourselves from material and energy pollution, invisible just as dangerous.
He imagined a great wave, where instead of shoals of fish wrapped in fantastic shapes there are colorful plastic bottles scattered in the sea.
In September 2021 it took place in the Agora of the Mercato Trionfale in Rome "RiscartFest" Creative Recycling Festival now in its 9th edition. Onda di Gioia has come to Rome to participate, it was the right event to present the installation.
After this event the work arrived at the old Gazometro in Rome to participate in the MakerFaire 2021, an important international trade fair event dedicated to the latest innovations in applied IT, where it was appreciated by many visitors.

Between 2017 and 2018 Valeria Ambi has partnered with the City of Savignano sul Panaro (You) designing and building a big, colorful wagon allegorical , who has walked for the 49th Day of Vignola Flowering that took place on 02-07-08 April 2018 . They Valeria accompanied on this adventure , Leo also Carretti who handled the technical and Tiziana Tabellini parts , Who created the costumes of the party. For the theme of the cart, and the show he has been chosen the "SURF and WINDSURF", ( sports were the overall subject 2018) . Once again the water with its transparency are among the artist's favorite themes, The sea water was an ideal subject on which investigate creatively also in anticipation of the use of recycled materials transparent , such as PET plastic bottles and packaging of nylon. The same materials with which the administration realizes Savignano for several years an interesting collection of Differentiated Waste Project. This initiative has become a small example of circular economy with the proceeds going to the country for school projects . As this project highlights the waste as a resource for the community, because they are a value to recreate wealth and a stimulus to educate respect and sensitivity to the environment, Valeria together with other filmmakers wanted to emphasize "SURF and WINDSURF" that with the right sensitivity and commitment can transform waste into creativity , for a beauty party, fantasia, luce, color and joy for all.
At the completion of Carro , like costumes , They attended the talented volunteers collaborators, who have given much of their time and patience. This important collective engagement that lasted several months , He had a great success, who appreciated the beauty, the commitment and the educational value in defense of the environment.

It was built for the community of Savignano sul Panaro (You). This small town , It is implementing virtuous initiatives for waste separation and approaching the interest of many people. The shape of the installation vortex symbolizes this positive dynamic energy.
In this work the artist takes an interest in the interaction light-transparent color , already seen in previous work, but here adds a new element : the LED light , to blow up the power of color even at night.

Between the visible and invisible no boundaries, this limit is only in our minds, because these two different worlds live together simultaneously. The artist has built a metal frame , arranged in concentric octagons increasing radius. Visitors can wander in the spaces, that are created as a labyrinth, have the feeling of being lost or find yourself , internalize or hide and play like children . The fabrics hung on the structure , windblown evoke lightness and mobility . This is the sign opposite to gravity , etera matter if fa , It transcends the dense dimension , physics , earthly. It can be wrapped by the brightness of the white fabric or by irradiating strength of the red , blue and yellow. BETWEEN VISIBLE AND INVISIBLE interacts fully with the force of nature: sometimes the wind barely touches his fabrics , others the wind is so strong that it seems that they want to tear

DANCING WORDS is a mobile installation that interacts with the air, the space and the light, evoking blades of grass or reeds blowing in the wind, long strands of seaweed or filaments of jellyfish, creating in the lines and volumes are always different. And 'composed of long strings of plastic light golden and silver. It 'a recycled material used by the printing works in the reproduction of the titles of thesis.
Its movement is slow , silent, soft and elegant helps us to stop. Approaching this installation you can read the printed words that many symbolic dance in the air.
The lightness of these plastic wires is such that any small air current causes them to float in space. More there is the presence of air, more they move and dance, then gently and slowly stop and for their weight back to the starting position.
This installation is a work that expresses delicacy.

CLOUD OF LIGHT is an art installation designed to protect the environment. E 'was made with3579 bottles of colored plastic recovery. It 'a critical indication of the consumer society and the global need to recycle; it is also an invitation to recycle themselves: their ideas and beliefs.
With CLOUD OF LIGHT Artist ENVI Valeria wanted to create a festival of light and color.
PET bottles are valuable, because they are an expensive material, that "throw" in the waste, because we do not see the possibility of reuse and unable to see their aesthetic potential. Thus, similar to glass, but lightweight and resistant, transparent and colored. Blue, gave, Yellow, in lots of light and dark shades, then red and blue. The transparent colored plastic (such as glass) interacts and plays with light. The sun makes its beauty shining making it explode.
E 'was their peculiar characteristic of lightness, volume, together with the brightness to suggest the artist to create a CLOUD.
These colored bottles become transparencies read, overlapping stratifying form more intense colors. Overlapping of two different colors which together form a third. And Then, sometimes gradually diminish or change color. They are a joy to behold. Experience light air and light colored together. The report color – Light is a magical thing, c'incanta that amazes us and freeing us emotions

Materials of wood - natural materials
This mobile sculpture is a game of balance, in which the elements that compose it lose weight and gravity. Its beauty is given by a continuous light and elegant movement that echoes the natural movement of the tree branches. Poetically awakens in us the image of the "wings of the forest", that move silently in the air. The position in the balance of each piece is obtained from the weight of the underlying. We like it because it seems a natural thing, but is instead an artifice.
E 'consists of 5 irregular rectangles measuring gradual. 
Their interior is "filled" with different textures that are natural and those typical of the forest: sticks of hazel, twigs rolled, Vitalba, enfold roots, pinecones, willow etc.. ecc, different shape and color.
