They Valeria Ambi,

I am an artist who lives and works in Sassuolo in Modena. Gives 40 I have been involved in art and creativity for years. My research has always pushed me to experiment, to go "beyond", to find more and more my creative freedom. I love working with materials and different areas. I took care of graphics for ceramics, crafts made stained glass, painting, sculpture and installations always with different techniques. I love the colors, are for me expression of strength, vitality and emotion.

I love nature, It is for me always a source of inspiration and balance. The feeling I have of unity and sacredness with it, He has made me closer to the Land Art, creating sculptures and installations for parks and outdoor spaces. I think that for many years there is an environmental emergency, to which we can no longer escape, as an artist I felt the need to bring my message to the environment by recycling thousands of colored plastic PET bottles, with whom I made several installations.

From the 2017, in my research it has changed something. E 'was born in me the need to share in a more direct and engaging way my artistic experience with people. I understood of wanting to move to facilitate in the other getting their creative potential. So the meetings and the Intuitive Painting courses are born to adults, Young people, children and business groups. The Intuitive Painting is a simple tool, immediate, where there is a need for technical and artistic skills, only desire to explore, enjoy it, get involved, It is a tool to discover their own potential and self.

For several years practical experience of Intuitive Painting for myself, since I felt that the complex art installations in which I worked were blocking my creativity and did not allow me to release my emotions. I stretch out a sheet or a piece of cardboard in the garden and unloaded of these generous handfuls of colored tempera. These "Action Painting" had for me a liberating and therapeutic value and I was aware that it could also be for many people.

From the 2017 I heard the "call" to share and make known the Intuitive Painting with others. In this project I put together my artistic experience, creative, and my feelings my other passions: the introspective, interest in art history, psychology and spirituality.

I organize and guide individual and group meetings, becoming facilitatrice in grasping in the other blocks, the fears and the excess of control that does not allow a fluid, spontaneous and free expression of personal creativity. I am very interested in the world of adults, because it is mainly in their, unlike past generations, that there is a greater need to discover and reactivate the creative. I want to help people to recognize the creative talent that would go out, but it was inhibited.

And 'now a long time since I call myself exclusively "artist”, but above all, "researcher". Me too, as always, all in search of my "street", of greater joy, increased vitality, something that transcends "over" into an upper space.
