I had an initial difficulty in accepting the proposal Valeria to participate in a workshop of Intuitive Painting, I thought it was an activity suitable for children, or young boys.
I was brought to give the right color to objects, to comply with the margins and the edges of the sheets and of the drawings, trying not to dirty and not get dirty with colors.
The Intuitive Painting has given me the opportunity to follow a different path than ever, that is, to exit from what was conventional, of "let me go", to give me the opportunity to use their hands to draw, to mix colors at will, to smell and feel it, and see how, surprisingly, a work of art was created, my very personal work of art.
A bit like in life which is also a work to be done...despite the indications of my many educators to remain on the paths traced by others.

A new day: since childhood, inside me, a volcano of ideas, fantasia, surreal images, they were the order of the day... but unfortunately I didn't have the opportunity to put into practice what I was... what was in my essence... what my soul suggested to me... still at the age of 54 years... I'm the same as I was then.... an explosion of ideas... new projects... new studies... new creative expression... new knowledge and new dialogue with myself... I say thanks to the day event of Intuitive and Creative Painting with the artist Valeria Ambi... because I felt free to be able to achieve what was not even possible.... without proof.... without a clue.... in fact, starting only with a thousand shades of favorite color until you get to use the color "shadow",  I was that little girl again... with awareness... now starting from a point I can get to infinity.

hello Valeria,

 this is my guide to what lived in that winter afternoon surrounded by all those beautiful colors made available for each of us.

Inizialmente la parte più profonda di me non capiva come dovesse essere quell'esperienza.
I experienced the fear of being less good of others so, of having to compare.

Then I felt fear even let go that unfortunately I was living wrong, enough to make me realize how much I was strict, combined with the part that made me feel guilty for being and feel that way.

The "your job" It was an accompaniment to a realization that I did not understand immediately.

The figure that you could change anything if what I was doing did not like or did not satisfy me me ... all in order to have fun and create pleasure in letting go.   Metaphor of his lifestyle as pleasant and serene existence minimum, since I am always on this constant search.   Everything can change at some point, and whatever can help to allow it
See some techniques and materials to work with and use them ... Understand that black spots are not only stains but, they can catch, perceive the various transformations ... As the changes and transformations of our existence.

At the end of it all however I realized that I could "only express myself at that time".  The rest would come ....

You never know where life gives you a boost , however small it may be crucial to achieve larger movements.
